I am Janardhanan N, aged 65 , retrd ISRO staying near Suchithra circle and I already taken a membership card and the no is 1003533440.In that card I earned more than 1300 points till date Tha same I lost it somewhere I asked your Suchithra More market people replied that I have to SMS PCNR with card no for 56070 and I got the reply that it could not be traced and every time I lost Rs 3/- for the service by cell phone people. In this context Rs 18 already gone. Tell me What to do with the missing card. and to redeem the old card.
