****ALERT*** USA TRAVELERS BE VERY CAREFUL. THESE GUYS ARE NOT GIVING REPORTS THE SAME DAY ANY MORE. THERE ARE TAKING 24-48HRS. WHERE AS USA REQUIRES REPORTS FROM TESTS TAKEN 24 HRS PRIOR TO FLIGHT. I GOT MY TESTS DONE FOR MY WIFE AND KIDS THIS MORNING FOR A 0400AM FLIGHT TOMORROW MORNING... NOW THESE CROOKS SAY THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE REPORT AS PROMISED.

Lack of professionalism, no employee is serious about work. I myself was one of the staff member, was. Working as a radiology typist at kukatpally, Malaysian Township branch. I have personally seen the seriousness of the employees. Particularly in phlebotomy team. The blood samples collected were delayed to send it to the other branch. I saw people shouting at the front office ppl when they took more than 36 hours to give blood sample report and the patient was diabetic. Who is responsible if the patient faints there itself???? Will vijaya diagnostics take any responsibility???
Further more, I have seen the branch head flirts with the tech girls in front of patients and the management was sleeping. I would never take my family members to vijaya for any investigation.

I personally suggest everyone please do not even think of approaching vijaya. You will regret soon.

Tip for management: Do groom your team accordingly. DO NOT neglect the patient's request. BE polite to them. OR ELSE just close your organization and do some other business.

Hi,

on 07-Feb-2014 i have taken test for Advanced Medical Investigation package. With results on 08-Feb-2014 i have contacted Dr. Madan for consultation. He just took two mins and said everything is normal. But when i asked him specifically some tests results are not in range he is not at all responded. Such a worst old doctor fellow you have to take immediate action.

Really upset with Vijaya diagnostics hospitality.

Recently i have undergone master heath check up in your kukatpalli branch. reports evidenced that there is problem in EGG,
I have tested in other hospital and found perfectly okay.
Can you please verify your ECG machine validation or calibration etc.
other wise people will loose confidence on you.
