I had a harrowing experience with the driver and the staff of dot cabs, supervisor anupa is very very irresponsible. Vehicles are very vrry old and stinking, philthy drivers, very rude and abusive, very literally shocked

This regards to the service feedback which i had on 14th Nov 2012.

I really had a very poor experience with the service that i had with you guys. I have called at 19:30 on 14th Nov for a cab from Nizampet to Miyapur. I have clearly mentioned to your that the cab should reach me with in 20 mins, and the rep has said the same that the cab will reach me in 15-20 Mins after some time i got a booking confirmation message with the cab number and the contact number of cab driver. I have called the driver at 19:50 he said he will be there in next 10 mins. however cab has finally reached me at 20:25. We got into the cab and travled to Miyapur which is 5.4 Kms as i have to go back to my residence back i asked cab guy to wait for 1hr i will bare the waiting charges. I started back to my residence at 21:35, total traveled kms are 10.4 kms and i was charged 500.00Rs which is just unfare. I will never use this cab nor will recommend others.
