Not sure how many follow this site, be cautious when dealing with Gharonda, i still did not get my money.

Do u r homework before taking any property with Gharonda. They are cheaters, cheated the govt, and innocent people. Gharonda Bhoopal project should have completed by end of 2013, project has not yet started. No idea when it starts. Never ever trust Sunil
