There are 2 different types of memberships available-Gold and Silver. Becoming a Gold member will entitle you to the use of the Complete Health Care Facility (CHCF), which includes the use of the gym and the spa, free monthly fitness assessment, diet counselling, a monthly revival program, and a tailor-made program to suit your individual needs. You can also pamper yourself under the nubile hands of expert masseurs.

A Silver membership comes with the CHCF, and a workout program fitted out to your unique requirements. You can also avail yourself of personal training with Reebok certified trainers, by paying something between Rs. 6,000 per month and Rs. 1,15,000 per year. At an additional cost, you can also practice yoga, and get trained in the martial arts.

Regardless of how casual your fitness intentions may be, Helios will make you a convert.
