Lemon Tree is a business hotel that is proudly located bang in the middle of the Madhapur IT district, right opposite TCS. It's convenient both in terms of visbility and pricing, and its restaurant, too, seems to be a place of choice for team lunches in the area.
Lemon Tree isn't a budget hotel, but the spaces inside its rooms make you wish you had paid a little less perhaps. The prices start from Rs. 8,000, and there are 7 types of rooms. The presidential suite costs Rs. 30,000.
A salon, a spa, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, conference rooms, business centre - they're all in here. But what we really liked about the place is that it has a special floor for women. Nice initiative, that.
There are a number of dining/drinking options at Lemon Tree - a coffee shop called Citrus Cage, a pan-Asian restaurant Republic Of Noodles, a Bollywood-themed restaurant Kebab Theater, and a Tea Lounge. The Slounge is a lounge bar that has a Playstation and a pool table, and serves drinks and international cuisine.
Lemon Tree is rather well-equipped for the market it sits in, and is reasonably priced. Check in here if The Westin and Novotel are out of your league.
