Summary: You will be better off somewhere else.
My initial visit wasn't very impressive, but at least they promised me the stuff I needed. So, I thought of giving it a try. This was even after my interaction with Khatija who seems to have an irritating personality at her best. I placed order for 4 furniture items even when they were priced higher than any regular online store on the premise of "higher product quality", "craftmanship", and professionalism. They were upfront telling me that deliver charges will be extra which I complied. Promised delivery a week after placing order.
Hell broke loose after a week.
Delay in delivery is an understatement. Lie after lie, lack of commitment and accountability, absolute lack of professionalism. On the day of final delivery, 'custom' made furniture is hardly customized. 2 examples here: I told them to make the wooden edges rounded to make them less injury prone. Only 1 out of 4 furniture had its corners rounded. In another furniture, I asked them to not put glass on the table top. They made the table which had a large empty slot for the glass (with the glass missing since I told them I needed table without glass top).
Arguments continued for delivery date, product, pricing, and what not. Finally on the day of delivery, the drama didn't end. Khatija tells me on the day of delivery that I have to "arrange 2-3 men" at my place because she will only send 2 people and handling the furniture was 4-5 men job. Even when I told her that I don't have any physical help besides me, she sends the furniture with 2 people only. On arrival to my apartment complex, now we were stranded for almost 2 hours trying to arrange for extra pairs of hands urgently.
All for 'good' quality product. Well, the product quality is not bad is what I have to say. It by no means is 'excellent' as they tried to sell it to me.
For any prospective buyer, other than money, you will likely loose your time, calm, sanity, and patience while dealing with this business.
