Narayana e techo school(Charminar Branch)
I am having these complaints against charminar branch
1. Not giving salary to teachers whatever they promise and If they are giving salaries means they will give 25 days after completing the month.
2. Unnecassary they are deducting amount from salary on the name of ESI cards or others and giving ESI cards after the joining date to till 5 to 6 months.
2. Not ready to give CL or other leave if teachers are on leave even that they will call and force the teachers to come to schools.
3. Forcing the teachers to come to school on Sunday for workshops and sending to other places (schools) without any transport allowances, at their own cost If teachers are not ready to go they are deducting 3 days salary.
4. Informing for workshops on same day after school timing without prior information.
5. Allotting too much teaching periods nearly50 periods per week plus substitutions without record in substitution book and without any leisure from morning 8 am to 5 :30pm without any gap teachers are standing for whole day without chair .
6.5 days in a month they are forcing the teachers to stay in school more 2 to 3 hours after school timing 5:30 without prior information on the name of special classes or other administration work of school.
7. Arranging meetings in lunch time and not giving proper time for lunch.
8. No any proper seating arrangement for teachers (staff rooms for teachers) even for washrooms teachers has to go to another floor like 2 floors to ground floor.
9. If teachers are tired from the behaviour of school management and want to resign from the post of teacher they are not giving one month salary.

These above are the problems of teachers
I have many more complaints from parent and studen groups.
In schools also they are sucking the blood of parents charging big amount on the name of IIT and JEE but they are not preparing students for this just giving question papers and dictating the answers like ACDBB for bubbling in OMR sheets. if some week students are unable to write teachers are writing and forwarding it to head office and sending same fake progress to the parents even parents are not aware about that

AS PER MY VIEW NARAYANAE-TECHNO SCHOOL IS THE VERY
EFFICIENTSCHOOL.I LIKE THE IIT PATTERN AND BOOKSOF THE NARAYANA E-TECHNO SCHOOL.
