విషయము: 1. పంచాయతీ సెక్రెటరీ (ఎండపల్లి గ్రామం) సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారిపై ఫిర్యాదు మరియు నా భూమిలో అక్రమంగా పంచాయతీ వారు కమ్యూనిటీ హాల్ నిర్మించడం, ఇతర ఆక్రమణలు తొలగించుట కొరకు, ఇంటి ప్లాన్ ఇస్తానని ఇవ్వకుండా వివిధ మార్గాల ద్వారా నన్ను వేధిస్తున్న సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారిపై ఫిర్యాదు.
నేను అనగా తేనె సుధీర్ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ 8*120*590*** ఎండపల్లి గ్రామం, కొత్తపల్లి మండలంలో సర్వేనెంబర్ 164/1, 166-6A/166-7లో నేను కొంత భూమిని కలిగి ఉన్నాను అక్రమంగా నా భూమీ లో ఎల్పిఎం కూడా చేశారు ఎల్పిఎం నెంబర్ 1526, ఎంక్రోజ్మెంట్స్ ఉన్నాయి
వాటిని తొలగించమని సంవత్సరాలు తరబడి వారిని అడిగినా ఎన్ని కంప్లైంట్ ఇచ్చిన పాడిన పట్టించుకోకపోవడం నాకు సరైన న్యాయం చేయకపోవడం జరుగుతుంది దీనిపై వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకుని నాకు న్యాయం చేయగలరని కోరుకుంటున్నాను సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారు అక్రమంగా వ్యవహరించే కొన్ని ఉదాహరణలు; * ఎన్ని స్పందన పిటిషన్ పెట్టిన వాటిని అక్రమంగా ముగించడం నా సంతకం లేకపోయినా సరే * కలెక్టర్ గారి ఆఫీస్ నుంచి ఎంక్రోజ్ మెంట్స్ తొలగించమని రిపోర్ట్ వచ్చిన దానిని పట్టించుకోకపోవడం * RDO ఆదేశాల మేరకు తీర్మానం జరిపి తీర్మానంలో రిపోర్టు నాకు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నా సరే ఆ రిపోర్టు పట్టించుకోకపోవడం * JC ఇచ్చిన రిపోర్టును పట్టించుకోకపోవడం * MRO ఆక్రమణలను తొలగించి ఆ రిపోర్టును ఎమ్మార్వో ఆఫీస్ కి సమర్పించాలని కోరిన దానిని కూడా పట్టించుకోకపోవడం * SI,CI నాకు న్యాయం చేయవలసిందిగా ఎమ్మెల్సీ కి లెటర్ పంపిన దానిని పట్టించుకోకపోవడం * నాపై తప్పుడు తేదీల నోటీసులు పంపడం * నాకు ఇంటి ప్లాన్ ఇస్తానని చెప్పి ఇవ్వకుండా తిప్పించుకోవడం మోసం చేయడం, ప్రభుత్వ న్యాయవాదిచే తప్పుడు రిపోర్టు తయారు చేయించడం నన్ను మరలా ప్లాన్ ఇవ్వవలసిందిగా కోరగా ప్లాన్ మార్చి ఇవ్వగా ఇప్పుడు కూడా నాకు ప్లాన్ ఇవ్వకపోవడం * లేని రోడ్డు మార్గంపై రోడ్డు ఉన్నట్లు చూపించి ఆ నిధులను దుర్వినియోగం చేయడం * నా భూమిలో కమిటీ హాల్ నిర్మించిన పంచాయతీ వారు ఇప్పుడు సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారు ఆ కమిటీ హాల్ను పంచాయతీ పేర్న రాయాలని నన్ను బలవంతo పెట్టడం దీనివల్ల మిగతా పనులు చేయకుండా ఆపేయడం
ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే ఒకటి కాదు చాలా అంటే చాలా ఫిర్యాదులు నా తరఫునుండి వీరిపై ఉన్నాయి. దయచేసి ఇప్పటికైనా మీరు నాకు న్యాయం చేయగలరని కోరుకుంటున్నాను, నాకు న్యాయం చేసి ఇలాంటి ప్రభుత్వ అధికారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను
ఏక్కడ కూడా న్యాయం చేయకుండా సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారు పంచాయతి సెక్రటరీ తన అతి తెలివితేటలు ఉపయోగించి నేను ఎమ్మెల్సీ పిఠాపురం వెయ్యగా అప్పుడు స్పందించని రవికుమార్ గారు, ఎమ్మెల్సీకి ఎవరు స్పందించకపోవడంతో మండల్ లీగల్ కమిటీ చైర్మన్ గారు నా వైపు న్యాయం ఉందని గమనించి ప్రభుత్వ న్యాయవాదిని ఇచ్చి దావా వేసుకోవాల్సిందిగా సూచించారు దానిని సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారు ఏజీపీ ద్వారా మీకు ఒక లెటర్ తయారు చేసి పంపారు ఇది కోర్టులో ఉన్న విషయం లా చిత్రీకరించి ఆ పనిని ముందుకు తీసుకు వెళ్లకుండా ఆపివేశారు నేను దావా వేసినట్లయితే అప్పుడు ఎలాగా చేయడానికి ఉండదు కానీ నేను దావా వెయ్యలేదు మరియు మరియు ఏజీపీ ద్వారా DPO పంపిన లెటర్ కు మరియు నేను సిహెచ్ రవికుమార్ గారిపై ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదుల యొక్క తేదీలు గమనించి ఇప్పటివరకు కూడా ఎందుకు ఆ అవినీతిపరుడుపై చర్యలు తీసుకోలేదు తెలపవలసిందిగా కోరుకుంటున్నాను లేదా వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆశిస్తున్నాను

Sir, The border road from Jeypore to Bhadrachalam via Chitrakonda is worse than hell. The People from AP settled in Malkangiri Dist of Odisha state are facing regular trouble to connect with their relatives and native place in A P State.though this route. People of Odisha are depending on this route to connect with the towns like Visakhapatanam, , Bhadrachala and Hyderabad. APSRTC inter-state buses plying since 35 years from different locations like VSKP,Tuni,Bhadrachaclalam have been stopped due to this bad situations.of road. Odisha Side road is fine. As the Balimela Dam Project at/po: Chitrakonda is a joint venture project of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha ,50%of existing staff should posted from AP. to enable the 50% water sharing system in that reservoir. But it is regretted that due to this bad situation of the border(Only 8 Km) which is in AP area no staff from AP is in that Project. to locate the transparency of water sharing system. Therefore I, On behalf of public of the locality and for the welfare of the locality request to give personal attention for repair of the above road that lying in AP territory

I am native of Kurnool. I am aged 52 years. Recently I have completed my LLB degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad and enrolled recently in Bar Council of A.P.
I came to know that recently the Hon'ble Chief Minister of A.P. has announced Rs.5000/- monthly remuneration to the newly enrolled Advocates but mentioned the eligible age as 35yrs.
Of course, from one point of view it may be satisfactory because the retd. employees and presently working employees also come forward to receive the said benefit.
I am a housewife and I belong to Brahmin caste. I do not have any reservation quota. But the housewives like me who do not have any income source and who are not even having any other properties are omitted from getting such remuneration.
I request you to kindly consider my request and see that the remuneration of Rs.5000/- may reach to ladies who are aged and housewives who do not have any income and who are interested to do Advocacy profession.

Dear sir, i am subrahmanyam from hyderabad iam running 2 small scale industries in balanagar hyderabad recently started one more unit named M/s.PRABHAKAR INDUSTRIES at my native place PEDAPADU-WEST GODAVARI DIST. with 25 nos of employees i was taken 49 hp power in the month of june 2015 i was started this industry,from the begining of industry we are facing power problem,up to now 7 motors were burn out with higher power fluctuations i have a rice mill also in this village for that also same problem i was given written complaint about this to A.D.E.sir, in ELURU but still we are facing this problem because of this power fluctuations we are unable to use CAPACITORS because of that we are getting power bill of 50000 change instead of 35000, kindly solve my problem we are paying 15 to 20000 rs taxes through commercial tax department every month, kindly look in to this matter and solve my problem sir, n.subrahmanyeswararao
