Service is worst and staff were very rude, they can do much better byimproving staff attitude, make lines properly ask go one by one,(we know public is different), if you able to deliver on time to right people why they come to your office,
after booking on line customer getting cash memo # with delivery time lines, but getting delivered on time, staff asking to take the refill from Godown, why customer has to take pain ( am refering Genuine customers only). you are not gong to change its only for self satisfaction, because you and your team Illiterate

Its been 7 days no gas. When I called praveena agency, they gave me driver number. I have lot of questions as I didn't get response from driver. The only answer is CALL DRIVER. Respected driver sir keep disconnecting my phone after asking my name. The only mistake I did is I couldn't give him 30 rupees extra money as I wasn't available at home in my last recharge
