Bad practice by Mr. Rafath a Maths Teacher asking money to pass the students. Harassing students by punishing, beating if the student or his parents, guardians don't hot his palm than complaints are on his tip of the tongue. He thinks he can do any thing no body can take any action because he is the uncle of Bhongir Nayeem who was encountered by police 2-3 months a go. I request the authorities to enquire about him confidentially with the students, peons & some teachers. These innocents don't dare to talk in front of this teacher. But if enquired as parents of some student you can get the complete picture. Kindly expedite the matter. And save the students from his corporal punishment.
