Beware of this shop... they are creating hipe themselves as the best manufacturers of the furniture in Hyderabad. But in reality they will not provide any quality furniture and when it comes to any complaints on the products they will just shout at customers and don't give any service....

I purchased a deewan cum bed from Sri sai veerabhadra furniture sanathnagar.It was a very bad experience. They told they would deliver in 10 days of order placement but took 1 month. They told that would make it entirely in 18mm plywood. But the base was in 12mm. I had to pay 1000 rupees extra for the base to increase the thickness. When it was delivered there was gap between the main body and side log of the deewan cum bed. I went to their office at sanathnagar and showed them the pictures. They told they will send their person to rectify it. It took me 1 month of constant effort to get them to rectify it. Pradeep is the rudest person to talk to. When I told him that I have call recording & that I have all coversation recorded and I had sent him all pictures and updates on his what's app and that I would approach consumer forum if he does not rectify the problem, only then he got problem rectified but there were scratches and polishing was not done. These pictures also I sent him. But no response from him. Very bad, hopeless service. I'm planning to approach consumer forum.

Dont buy anything from them . They will not listen to you at all after buying furniture . service is very poor.

I agree with Ashwin, worst customer service. They shout at customer after taking advance for any inquiry on delivery. Praveen is the worst fellow who does not know how to talk to customer.
