I haresh Kumar I have register sale deed on 15-06-2021 and paid mutation fee 4000-00 collected but till today the property mutation has not done we are seniors citizen can not go office I request you please send for mutation in my name From haresh Kumar Registetion no 1222 of 15-06-2021 hope it will done now.

ref: Bk-1, C.S.No429/2020 Doc no 411/2020 Mutation Fee DD for Rs. 6138/- collected for on line mutation while registration of property as G.O.Ms 155 & 192 but even after 2years of delay authority fail to upload mutation process and customer is suffering due to sleeping state of dept. Delayed property tax payment is Sub Registrar and GHMC responsibility to avoid corruption. .
In spite of Improved IT the subregistrar office could not put up correct phone number or modify to correct detsils of the subregistrar office and the details of responsible staff of Kavadiguda subregistrar office. Pl respond .
