very bad quality and no spares available. my experience with western type toilet.spare will weigh fee grams and cost fee tens. But the whole unit cost hundreds of rupees. most of the companies are like this.
because of this too much plastic waste is generated.

tHE THE DEAL FLUSH UNITS FITTED TO CERAMIC TOILETS-WESTERN ARE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND NO SPARES ARE AVAILABLE IN MARKET INSPITE OG CONTACTING THE REGIONAL MANAGER SOUTH OF THE COMPANY.EVERY TIME THEY ARE ASKING US TO REPLACE THE UNIT IN FULL COSTING US MORE THAN 800 RUPEES.THEY ARE ALSO NOT SUPPLING SPARES DIRECTLY ON REQUEST.VERY POOR SERVICE.
