Toilet are very nasty and urinary test process is very bad and for general form they are taking 5 rupees from each. We request you to please take care of such issue hospital is very unhygienic

Bring your notice that for the month of July my wife delivery done but still not yet forward birth certificate further assists when i asked management he will trying to forward but not yet
