The Year-ending special was not supplied on 31 Dec 2020. When asked, the delivery boy said that they hadn't received it. When still insisted he contacted his boss over phone and said they would supply it the next day, i.e., on 1 Jan 2020, but it hasn't happened. One of the landline numbers provided when contacted, suggested that I call their helpline 18001210005, but it wasn't helpful. And the customer care section was presently closed. No effective contact details like email id are available. Why I am particular is, in response to the paper's call for entries for "The one big change I want to see in Hyderabad in the next 20 years" I had sent mine, but I don't know about its fate nor I am in a position to read the published entries etc. For the online paper is not accessible without paying additional subscription; not are the archives available. A not so good a year to end or to usher in the new, as far as ToI is concerned.

After seeing couple of what's app messages about police doing corona duties I WONDER ABOUT AN IPS OFFICER ENJOYING THE PREVILLAGES OF AN IAS OFFICER IN TSWEREIS GURUKULA...
I think the TELANGANA Gurukula society is now on the track with dynamic police leadership of Dr. R S Praveen Kumar IPS....
But now it's Covid19 (DISASTER MANAGEMT TIME corona lock down time...
I hope it is the right time for the Government to use this dynamic, innovative IPS officer's services in his home posting(i.e.POLICE)
THE INNOCATIVE THOUGHTS, HARWARD DYNAMISM of Praveen Kumar sir"s services are necessary now in the lockdown situation...
Hope the Government looks into the matter and use his services in POLICE.

We are regular subscribers of TOIabout 10 years but recently we are not receiving our copy and same we have informed to the concerned in the mobile no 9848982472. For our copy he promised that they will continue from tomorrow but they haven't supplied. Today again I have contacted him in the above said no but all my communications fallen in vain.
Kindly help us to supply daily news paper

I am an yearly subscriber to times of India News paper since 2014. For the last 3 months I have been deprived of times of India News as the paper boy is missing delivery of news paper at least two to three times a week. On complaint to the agent, every time he promises me that it will not happen again. But my mental agony continues. Can some one help me?.
