Cheaters, Liars, Unprofessional: I went to avail services from a coupon which included hair cut, facial, pedicure, hair fall treatment. When I asked what kind of hair cut, they said straight cut, irrespective of whether you have steps or razor or any other cut they said they will make it straight. Then they refused to wash hair before cut. Then they said coupon expires today and their hair cut person is not available. Then they asked to deposit money first. When I asked for rate card, they refused to give that too saying they dont have any. When I asked where they are reading prices the receptionist just looked the other way. And on top of that the manager was extremely rude and literally told my mom to get out. IS this the way you treat your customers? Rudely? By giving out fraudulent coupons?? Very disappointed!!
