even i feel Vodafone has the worst customer care service. even main customer care branch in begumpet, hyderabad. i went to the begumpet branch and they promised me to solve my issue and given their number. now my issue is not resoved and they are not even lifting calls even though called more than 100 times since one week. other numbers are also which are mentioned above in not responding. i believe all the customer care brach employees are sleeping with out lifting our phone calls.

I went vodaphone main store to replace my roaming sim.They cant do it becouse of it is roaming sim then where should i go.In website they are mentioned about 48hr roaming sim replacement then where should i go..?

I am hemanth.... I felt Vodafone has the worst customer care service....
Today morning i just made a call to customer care executive regarding an issue tat around 19 rupees has been charged to me fr just making a call to local Vodafone number..... I answer i gt fr tis issue z tat my phone z connected to roaming network (hw cm it gt connect to roaming...) Where/while m in Bangalore....i told tat m an telecom engineer and i know hw networking works ....
He answered thr z no such engineering in Bangalore and asked me explain hw network works .n some rubbish ......
Finally hey Vodafone don't try to fool your customers ... U might loose them...
