Please note that we are facing same problem in every summer. Fuse problem in this area Bogulkunta has been there for past 13 years, this particular line is over loaded and as the same is been explained and accepted by your department. Now we request you to change our line or make an arrangement to change the transformer or divide the load properly. Yesterday night from 2 to 4 am there is no person available to lift the phone. Called NampallyElecteicity sub station. Finally had to rush to the office to get this fixed. Once again I request will take appropriate decision and do the needful.
The worst department ever. Power goes off for hours together the moment wind blows or at a hint of slightest rain fall. No one to answer your calls. It has been 4 hours now and no sign of power yet. Not sure whom to call up. It is worse than villages. Where is Hyderabad headed? What are all those useless and tall claims by the government on no power shortage
