I have been trying to contact the given number 9440813011 in website but the response i got was that was Nampally office number .The guy gave another number9490613925 which was switched off
.If this is the case what is the purpose of employing dept and paying them salaries??

First of all these people don't have responsibility for anything, they are just sitting and eating our money, i don't understand who give them jobs, worst service, worst department, when you people don't know how to respond or even to respond why do you have a service or customer service number . Shame on such department being existing,

Customer service support is terrible for the areas of chudi Bazar and Goshamahal. They don't respond to calls. I have trying to call since 1 hour and nobody lifts the call. But in between I get busy tone.
We don't need such support team which doesn't answer our call when we need help. Such people such be removed from jobs.
