Hon’ble sir,
Sub:- Medak District- Medak Mandal- Ryalamadgu Shivar of
Ryalamadgu village- Sy.No.379/20, area Ac.04-12 gutnas-
Representation of Najeebullah S/o Late Hafeezullah,
R/o Medak village, Medak Mandal,Medak District-
Reg.
I, Najeebullah S/o late Hafeezullah,aged about 70 years, occ;
Agriculture, R/o Medak village,Medak Mandal,Medak District, do hereby
state as follows:-
1. I submit that the Government was pleased to assign me an extent
of Ac.04-12 guntas of land in Sy.No.379/20 situated at Rylamadgu
shivar of Ryalamadgu village, Medak Mandal,Medak District. I was issued
patta passbook and title deed and accordingly I was in possession and
enjoyment of the same.
2. I submit that my name was recorded in the Faisal patti of
1975-76,pahani patraks of the year 1995-96 and R.O.R. 1990-91.
3. I further submit that to utter surprise of me the Tahsildar Medak
without any enquiry or proceedings and without any notice to me simply
deleted my name from the revenue records and incorporated the names
of 1) Aregudam Veeraiah S/o Veeraiah and 2) Aregudam Kishtaiah S/o
Veeraiah, in R.O.R. 1990-91., to an extent of Ac.02-12 guntas in the said
survey No.379/20.

4. I submit that I have an appeal U/s 5 of A.P.Rights in Land and
Pattedar passbooks Act 1971 for correction of entries and cancellation of
patta in respect of Ac.02-12 guntas of land in Sy.No.379/20 before the
Revenue Divisional Officer,Medak in file No.1567/2010 and after hearing
both the parties the Revenue Divisional Officer,Medak found that how the
entries made in R.O.R.1990-91 and how the names of the said persons
were recorded in the revenue records and directed the Tahsildar Medak to
conduct de novo enquiry and take appropriate action in the matter.
5. I further submit that I have filed a civil suit O.S.No.36/2007 on the
file of Junior Civil Judge,Medak against the said persons and the said suit
was decreed. I sent the copy of the order dated 18-4-2014 to the
Tahsildar, Medak for taking appropriate action.
6. I submit that the Tahsidlar,Medak is not taking any action and he is
not issuing any notices to the parties. I have submitted a representation
to the Tahsildar, Medak on 19-01-2015 in this regard but the Tahsildar,
Medak is not taking any action in the matter.
7. I further submit that I have also submitted an application before the
Revenue Divisional Officer,Medak on 4-9-2014 requesting for survey of
the land and also remitted the survey fee of Rs.300/- by way of challan.
Inspite of that the survey work is not taken up till today.

8. I further submit that there is serious law and order problem in the
village in respect of the said land and the fact is that I am aged 70 years
and a senior citizen belonging to Muslim minority community. I am being
deprived of my rights in the said land for want of survey and fixing of
boundary stones around the said land admeasuring Ac.04-12 guntas.
I therefore, request your kind authority to kindly direct the
concerned authorities to take action in the matter and to depute the
Mandal Surveyor to survey and demarcate the land by fixing boundary
stones around Sy.No.379/20 situated at Rylamadgu Sivar , Rampur
village, Medak Mandal, Medak District, considering my age and the fact of
my senior citizenship in the interest of justice.
