Worst service by Sainikpuri electricity office. They do not answer the calls even though it's ringing 9490153547. When called AE 9440813182 he don't listen to the issue and said will take time and hung up call. In my appartment 3floors has power but 4th floor 8 flats has no power. That means they need to check the fuse of 4th floor at transfer. Seriously worst service by Sainikpuri power office and AE

Greetings of the day.
My self K.Krishna Prasad from Dr A S rao nagar area. We say at shiva Puri colony. In over colony We have more then 100plots, inwhich electricity department has given a transformer. Every time we are facing aPower problem from the transformer. We have given several completes regarding this issue to the department but no use of it. Transformer is in worst condition & all the wires are in lose connections. For your reference I am sending the photos of the Transformer. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. We are facing a lot of possible with out power in houses every times for more then 3 to 4hrs. If we call the line man no use of it. They will eject the wires and go but no use of it. Please tell them to take permanent solution for it. We are waiting for your reply & response.

I stay in defence colony near the water tank...the lanes next to my house have no street light..one on the main road does not work. It is very scary to walk in the lane and we see many young boys and few men standing every day and smoking...can I request electricity department to atleast get a street lights pls..
Im from kaphra officers colony.Very worest service.cals also not lifted.2 din hora hy power cut hoke ,100 times calls kiya ,line man venkatesh behavior very rude,complaint kiye toh bole 2:30,fir barish ka bahana kiya ta,me abi wapas complaint kiya toh bolre hy 4:30ko 2 din se bahana bana rahe hy a log ...worst line man worst service
Am Dr . A . Jayaprabha , my recidense is in Sainik Enclave , an adjoing colony of Sainikpuri , a prominent residential area . I live here since 23 years . In recent times if i want to tell my grevience or regd a complaint about my power no one will pick up the phone and take my Complient. Last three days i dont have power in my house . Still no one is attending - is this one of the metro in this country ? What a shame ? Inefficient electricity dept in one of the very important localities in secunderabad , kapra - since no power i couldnt operate my borewells - so no water in my house . They knew my situation - a woman , a senior citizen- still they are not responding to my complaint !! No senior engg is there - everyone either swich off their phones or just stop responding to the consumers complients . Do not know whether our CM , KCR or KTR knew this - chandra sekhara rao garu said that entire telangana have ample power - this is the only state who is giving power to their people - but in his own capital electricity dept functioning in this manner - for an hour if rain pours - city power situation became worse and with careless and inefficient staff sinciere citizens like us suffer severe and no one is there to listen to our complaints and solve our problems - after waiting three days do not know what to do - i write here about my anguish ! Hope someone will read this and understand their dept
Doesn't respond. on any number. Worst fellow. And about billing, for the month of Dec' 17 the meter guy didn't come home but, the bill was generated. Exacly the same amount as previous. If there was an alternative, I would have just switched for the other provider.
Arrogant reponses and they dont even have customer support email id and irresponsible attitude and never answer the phone call and power shuts down for long hours.
Worst service......all illiterates are employed here..they don't know how to speak, no manners.....nd no actions are taken on this buggers.....wat a govt
