MPM presents you with the prospect of an immensely labyrinthine shopping experience. In stark contrast to the 'seam-less' malls that abound, this en-seamed mall needs a Herculean effort and a passably good GPS system to get around.
MPM is what you might call the quintessential mall. It has everything that you'd expect, and then some: innumerable mannequins of Barbie-esque proportions displaying a lot more than just their wares, gut-churning techno in the background that instantly drives you into one of their shops just to escape the torture, and oversized bowling pins cavorting at the entrance.
The mall has something for everyone: clothes - branded and unbranded - shoes, watches, sports goods and loads of other stuff. It even has its very own Dollar Store where everything sells for well over two dollars, but it's the concept of the thing and loads of eateries to suit every quirky taste bud. You could eat out, eat in or just eat in-between: everything from
Coffee Day to the Chaat
waala keep you company.
But the backbone of the mall, the one thing that really defines MPM, is the
Big Bazaar outlet. This is one huge shop, and by huge I mean humungous, leviathan and other seemingly gigantic adjectives. It most probably has a separate pin code for itself. Spread over three floors, this one store has everything that you'd ever need in your puny lifetime: from electronics to clothes to computer tables to groceries to everything. You could spend your existence sifting through this jungle of a shop, and still not see all that it has to offer.
Once you do get over the quest for a parking space, and walk the requisite kilometer or more from your vehicle, MPM will present you with oodles of shopping opportunities, loads of eye candy, and lots of entertainment avenues:
bowling, eating, hanging out, et al.
