On this Monday ....15.05.2017 I went to watch BHAHUBALI movie in your VIJETHA theatre (Borabanda) and when I reached the ticket counter and asked for a ticket in the Middle portion to avoid uneasiness which is being experienced in the corners, your ticket person started me explanning that those ticket is given only in online booking and not in direct booking.... I asked Him that I have no option except for the direct arrival for the ticket and soon the ticket person started arguing with me and some Body beside also started arguing and not only this from the inside group of some persons also came and argued with me with utter language and weird examples of Buffaloes and goats something.....
Is this the way of dealing with a customer who came for some entertainment and get refreshed at your place.????
With all customer's like me (us) only you are paying their salaries and also maintaining your theatre and also earning your benefit and so on.
How can the so called staff who is even not able to talk to the Customer is working with your theater and spoiling the image and how can the theater authorities select this kind of illiterate staff with ugly language.
I am very unsatisfied with the way they did with me and I tell you to change the staff to some good staff which will help you in bringing dignity to your entertainment center...

the worst theatre where movie tickets are sold in black, the black agents pushed us one day from queue and took around 30 tickets initially. Later, they were selling the tickets at huge rates from 150-200Rs per ticket to the public. And the ppl who are standing in queue are fools to come early and stand in the queue for 30 min. This is ridiculous, if directors and producers are focussing on stopping Piracy of their movies, the industry must also take active measures to stop selling tickets in black. Recently, i spotted 2 policemen also watching movie in uniform. The theatre officials also have a tie up with policemen, and later after the movie, i saw the policemen going in their patrol vehicle.
