I am a resident of Parsigutta. Recently a meter reader came & told that the meter is not working. He asked us to complaint to Dept. Without any reading number he made bill for Rs.1374/-. A meter reads 5 digit number, but suddenly our meter shows only 3 digits. Our S No is F1008285.

I am residing at Sai Surabhi Apartment, Flat no. 301, Shanthi nagar, Golnaga near Amberpet, Hyd-13.

My complaint is - our electricity bill is coming on very higher side. The same bill amt is for summer also and the same bill amt is for winter also.

Please send person to check the same.

Really it is pathetic.

Your kind cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I am having a Building in Vivekanad Nagar of Kukatpalli area. I had taken Electrical connection at the time of construction. The charges are being collected as "Commercial Tariff". I want it to be changed to "Domestic Tarif"-Please guide me the action to be taken
