Hi, it's been 40mins Derz no power and none of ua numbers are working. Whenever we call it's says to check d number dialled or sometimes busy. As we are working Frm home it's becoming a problem for us due to dis pandemic.

Hi what the hell it's been more than 40 mins i have been continuously calling on all three numbers but all r busy...we r working from home....please restore the power asap.....it is just a mere useless service u guys give...for electricity bill u suck our blood...now who will answer this....

The worst service possible. Nobody does their job with respect and responsibility. They have absolutely zero value for the customer. They make it seem like they are doing a favour on you by talking to you. Shame on you people.
I am facing problem.line person mention the previous and present reading as same and no of unit is 78.how does it possible.they are very arrogant and taking the bill reading from outside of the home.it is impossible and very tough to see the meter reading. Please help us
The people working over there are abusing the government for posting there duty over there never problems are been rectified they are very arrogant and have no respect in talking they are there to drink and sleep I think .
