The demo surely is stress-relieving, as it slowly shakes your body sideways giving you a sublime feeling. To start with, you need to lie down in a supine position and place your feet on the system with your ankles firmly resting on the device. Then the story of Morning Walker begins with you shimmying like a goldfish.

Morning Walker is claimed to be a scientifically designed health machine based on the proven principle of the goldfish movement. 15 minutes of its usage gives you the benefit of brisk walking 10,000 steps. A little phantasmagorical, no? They also claim it is medically tested and endorsed by leading institutions. And that it oxygenates and cleans the human body, and influences the spine among other things.

Well, it is certainly compact, portable and simple to use. At Rs. 6,900, Morning Walker is also tantalizingly affordable, and is without a shadow of doubt, stress-relieving, keeping you in your comfort zone; I highly suspect it does anything more than that. My best guess is that it's most likely a fancy little widget trying to cash in on the inveterate indolence of the current-day society. Nothing ever beats those old school, power-ridden ab crunches, push-ups, squats or running, to cut the flab.
