Im the customer of G.Pulla Reddy sweets from past 15 years but today they are not maintaining the quality & customer satisfaction y bcoz the items which are not fresh now a days which they are selling in Dilsukhanagar branch. I just purchased Kova puri which are really getting bad smell and i went to shop for exchange of item with another item but they r telling that v are least bother about the products which we are delivered we cannt do anything after delivery so i never expected this kind of reply from the staff and management. so b4 u purchase the items please just taste and take it away dnt get the items blindly in Dsnr branch..
