Quality Inn Residency

The architecture of Quality Inn Residency makes it a treasure cove - every step you take here leads you forth on a discovery trail. A random glance towards this place may not make it seem very big, but as you navigate the (albeit small) driveway, you realise that there is a lot more to the place than One Flight Down, the city's incredibly popular pub.

At the foyer, on the right is Venue, Quality Inn Residency's all-vegetarian, multi-cuisine restaurant that is a big hit with locals and guests alike. The hotel also has a 24-hour coffee shop, Cafe Capri, that is a hot-spot of activity during lunchtime because its lunch buffet is incredibly popular. All guests checking into the hotel enjoy complimentary breakfast at the Capri.

Quality Inn Residency is a 3-star property, but its hospitality and its 95 rooms are fairly competitive with their higher starred counterparts. It is a business hotel, and caters to all the pertinent requirements. Guests will find Internet ports in the rooms, and also a fully equipped business center, complete with arrangements for OHPs, LCD projectors, anything at all.

The hotel categorises some of its rooms as Junior Suites, Residency Suites and Quality Suites. The Junior and Residency suites are single-roomed, but spacious. The hotel plays host to a lot of regulars, mostly people shuttling about on business.

Quality Inn Residency's USP lies in that its check out time is 24 hours. Children below the age of 12 aren't charged for their stay.

All in all, Quality Inn Residency may not be too large, but its other advantages will ensure you won't find yourself calling room service to ask for a larger room.
