Stylish is the adjective that comes to mind as you enter the Ohri's property on swanky Road Number 12. The chat counter Chowpatti at the entrance, and the bustle from Havmor of appeased diners, sets the mood for a luxurious foray into hospitality at its best.

The Ohris have inhabited the rarified heights of sustained good service and quality in the fine dining arena over several years, and have recently breezed into providing fine accommodation as well. Like all their previous ventures, their hotel too threatens to be hugely successful. With consummate charm, the group has turned out 24 rooms, interspersed with lavish suites to court the most jaded traveler.

Lots of wood, opulent beds, sinkable sofas, bathrooms to die for, and the other accoutrements of convenient living - Ohri's Banjara has it all. The only thing they may not be able to provide would be reservations at short notice.

However, once reservations are secured, you can look forward to a blissful experience replete with consistently good food and excellent service, not to mention the glitzily done rooms. Each room opens with its own electro-magnetic card key and throws opens its doors to a first class environment. Brightly colored furnishings, enhanced by diffused lighting, clean and comfortable surroundings - all labor towards making this a place you would want to come back to.

Although the room tariffs are almost at par with those of larger properties (albeit on a discount) around town, Ohri's wears its trump card quite blatantly. The restaurants flanking the accommodations are literally the talk of the town. Also, the suites equipped with a working kitchenette, dining space and lounge dispel any shred of discontentment. Just in case, they even throw in Jacuzzis, power converters for visiting foreign electronic gadgetry, and butler service.

Ohri's Banjara is an asset to the Hyderabad hospitality industry, where the good food, great accommodation and smiling hospitality makes you feel that you are on a holiday at an affluent friend's home.
