Belsons Taj Mahal Hotel

Belsons is still enjoying its day in the sun, and it's been a truly bright day. In over a decade that it has been around, this hotel has seen Hyderabad change. And changed with it.

Belsons is part of an illustrous family of hotels. Its restaurant, which offers a mouth-watering multi-cuisine spread, is among the best vegetarian eateries in the city. It is perhaps the only 3-star hotel in the city that has even a handful of non-air-conditioned rooms.

The rooms at the hotel have been done up to present an air of cheer. The banquet facilities are very often hired for vegetarian weddings, engagement functions etc. The hotel is also a very popular venue with the corporate world for interviews, conferences and presentations. And with families that are on vacation. Its proximity to the Secunderabad railway station, and even the airport, ensures that its average occupancy at around the 90% mark.

The hotel has some major renovation plans in the pipeline. But its distinctly Hyderabadi character is not up for a change. And thank heavens.
