Brand Factory offers some of the best brands from India and around the world, spread out under the umbrella of a 20% to 50% discount range. Located next to the
Taj Mahal hotel in Abids, the store has all the right names, great values and great discounts, in a glitzy, glittering setting, rich with the promise of a really satisfying shopping experience.
Part of Pantaloon Retail India's initiative in Hyderabad, Brand Factory brings to the customer a really wide range of the best brands in clothing, footwear, luggage and baggage accessories, jewelry, watches, cellphones, computer games etc. Spread out over roughly 150,000 sq. ft. of space set in two floors, the mega store has some of the most happening brands for men, women and kids of all ages.
From the outside, Brand Factory really appears like an in-and-happening superstore with superb lighting, landscape, and great storefront windows. Visitors have parking facilities in the basement, from which there is direct entry to the store above via a set of stairs. On entering the store from the front, you step into the lobby with all the ubiquitous trendy-looking mannequins.
On the right you will find the women's section. For women, Brand Factory has stuff for formal wear, casual wear, leisure wear, ethnic and traditional wear, with brands like Biba, Akkriti, Isvarah, Arrow, Van Heusen, Jole, Mix 'n' Match, Scullers, Provogue, Urban Yoga, Jealous, Allen Solly, Recap and Pepe Jeans at really enticing discounts of 20% to 30% to prices at other retail outlets around town.
For the Pantaloon brands there are plenty of 'Buy One, Get One Free' offers. There is a section for women's handbags, too, with some pretty chic leather stuff from Sumbeena, BSL and Xerxes on offer at 20% discounts.
The sales clerks are really friendly and helpful, with loads of good advice to give to the dazed shopper. There are plenty of changing rooms and strategically positioned mirrors everywhere for you to wear and check out all the stuff you want.
To the left of the lobby is Peter Pan world - the kid's section - with brands like Butterscotch, Weekender, Toon World, Gini & Jony, Drop, Zyxw, Millionaire, Zapp, Lee, Bossinni, Bare, 7214, Pink Balance and more, all at discounts ranging from 20% to 30%. You have leisure wear, play wear, cutouts, sleeveless, shorts, frocks, pinafores and suits, all looking cheerful, bright and colorful.
On to the right of the lobby is a section which has fashion jewelry brands like Monalisa Pearls, Mystic Jewelry, and Kims. The jewelry section, though, has no discounts on offer. There is a watches section, too, on the ground floor, with stuff from Titan, Tommy Hilfiger and FastTrack.
A footwear section on the ground floor behind the kids' section has brands like Puma, Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas and more, with all kinds of sports shoes, formal shoes, informal shoes, casual and leisure footwear, sandals and chappals, all at great discount prices. The women's footwear section has stuff from Catwalk, Liberty, LeeGrain, Redtape, Clubwood and Stacy Adams, all with discounts ranging from 20% to 30%.
There is also a CD-ROM section behind the lobby which has computer games for kids like Racing, Action, Tycoon and Sports. There are also educational CDs with stories, rhymes and general knowledge, for kids of all ages.
To the left of the lobby you can find all kinds of luggage and baggage for sale, with some interesting brands on display with nice discounts on offer.
To get to the top floor, which houses the men's section, you use an escalator. In the lobby above, you will find all kinds of trendy belts with brands like Bare Denim, Bare Leisure and John Miller. The belts include stuff for formal wear, leisure wear and casual wear. There is a section for ties, too, with all kinds of ties from all kinds of brands.
To the right of the lobby on the top floor is the section for men's formals, with brands like Indigo Nation, Scullers, Urbana, Allen Solly, Louis Phillipe, Arrow, Van Heusen, Park Avenue, Reid & Taylor, Wills Classic and more, all at great discounts. For semi-formals you have clothes from Stori, Shapes, Turtle, Oxemberg, Parx and more. There is also stuff like casual Jeans and cargo pants from Spykar, Integriti, Bare Denim etc. All these carry discounts, too, ranging from 20% to 40%.
All in all, Brand Factory is a pretty hep place to hang out at, with great brands and great bargains on offer to boot.
