Uber-basic. Degchee is for hardy truck-drivers, lab-coats from CCMB across the road, and scattered devotees of the makkai di roti. The management justifiably sees no need for snazzy interiors, and the most they do in this category is dangle plastic creepers at every available space. You're there for the food not the scenery, so let's get on with it.
The Food
The makkai di roti is of the best you'll have anywhere. Try it with the Butter Chicken or Kadai Paneer, and you'll see why people travel all the way to Habsiguda to stuff their faces. The sarson da saag is a disappointment, so steer clear.
