Tandoor 'N' Fry

A small take-away joint, much like Hyderabad House, Tandoor 'N' Fry is a big hit in the Diamond Point area with the families and bachelors of the neighbourhood. Unlike HH, though, T 'n' F has only one branch, and no dine-in section to speak of. But for lovers of good food, this isn't really a problem, especially since the place also delivers home. And the name doesn't even begin to cover the range of dishes you'll find here.

T 'n' F has an impressive selection of kebabs, of which the Paneer Tikka, Murgh Peshawari and Murgh Afghani Tikka are in constant demand. Tawa Parathas, along with Shahi Kurma, Mugh Methi Malai, or even Chicken Chettinad, are another popular dinner option. The Chicken Chettinad and Dal Makhni here are especially well-made.

T 'n' F also specialises in Dum Biryanis, and the chicken biryani is very good. But it's not all heavy meals here - you'll also find a variety of spring rolls, katti rolls, Shanghai rolls and croquettes.

One of T 'n' F's USPs is that they make every dish the authentic way. For example, no two curries are made from the same gravy, as is often the case in restaurants. The North-Indian tastes particularly good this way, and at around Rs. 100 for a meal for two, this is a great alternative to dining out.
