Club 8

Club 8 resembles a nook of a huge club, recreated without the hustle and bustle. Popularly called the Haveli Bar, it has two entrances - one from the outside, and the other, a staircase through Haveli. It is more like a basement extension with a completely different look and feel. The lighting is dim, and in the nocturnal hours, dancing lights, neon tubes and a laser beam offer an extra high.

The name has the digit 8 because the place is shaped like one, with leather upholstered low seating. It can accommodate loungers in the capacity of 50 at a time. It is small, cozy and chic, with the added bonus of great food upstairs. The menu offers the same spirits as Haveli does, with snacks. For the main course and dessert, you've got to take the stairway to Haveli.

Club 8 has quite affordable rates, which can be even more affordable if you are a regular - 90 bucks for a bottle of beer and 299 bucks for a pitcher, with snacks priced between 90 and 140 bucks. The pricing for the tougher spirits is on the same lines. The music changes according to the mood of those present.

The place already has a few regulars, and is leased out only during day time for corporate/private parties. And if a minimum billing is assured, the bar itself comes without a price tag.
