Metamorphosis is a wonderful phenomenon. It takes an ugly, creepy worm and turns it into a butterfly. The ranting basically is about the ability to change, for the better. That's exactly what has happened with most of the theaters in town. Glitzy renovations have made the halls of Hyderabad some of the best in the country. Mahalakshmi wasn't spared in the process. The owners made sure that it turned into one of the best.
Mahalakshmi thought it was quite happening before the renovation itself. But people usually don't consider rodents and fungus as happening, unless they're Tom Hanks in Castaway. So to the rescue came Allu Aravind, tapping every inch of potential the place had. Now the place is loaded. A spacious hall, clean interiors, good sound, great picture quality, bucket seats and all that jazz.
There can be times when the place is not all that clean, but for that, this is a radical theater. And if you're in the mood for bigger, better things, there's always the neighbouring
Mahalakshmi 70.
