I would sincerely advice everyone to avoid this place. they have a very bad service and customer support. there is no point in buying expensive watches and keep going around them for service/support.
I had one such problem,i bought couple of Expensive Designer Watches "CK, Kennith Cole from them and in less than a month one of the watches leather strap started peeling off.This is on a very casual usage.i have a lot of watches and i keep changing every other day.
So now i take my Kennith Cole watch which is less than a month old and is completely under the warranty to them,they acknowledge the problem and they said they would send it to replace the strap.i was fine with it and they asked me to get back in 3 weeks and i go back to the store to find out they don't have that model anymore and told me they have placed an order for the strap and it would arrive in another 2 weeks,after two weeks i return to the store to find out its still on the way.in this manner i had about 3 months gone and they still don't have it ready.about 4 months of the issue i receive a call from the distributor saying they have an alternate strap and would replace it and send it back.so after about a total of 6 months from the date of purchase i get a call from the store saying the watch is ready with the strap and to my horror i had to pay for the strap as they said its not covered in the warranty.what the heck...? how can they sell stuff like that which has problems in less than few weeks.The customer service is very bad and they are not accountable for the stuff they sold.There are other places you can get the same stuff for a better pricing and customer support.I am also writing a letter to the manufacturer to make sure they know of such people coz it will have a bad effect on the brand image.
