A big hit with families and large groups of people, Gangotree shares its premises with coffee shop Qahwa and an increasingly popular kebab joint. Also a designer sweet shop, Gangotree is largely frequented only for its chaat.

While the other dishes on the menu are nothing to write home about, the papdi chaat is pretty good. Made of potato, papdi, curd, sev and spices, it is just right for a snack after a marathon pani-puri session. The spicy pav bhaji is enough to fill you up, but this might be because of all the water you'll have to gulp down with it.

Gangotree is situated right under a tree (hence the name) and has a pleasant enough sit out area in the garden. The only problem with its location is it's on the road leading up to HITEC City, which means you're subjected to an unending stream of noise pollution, thanks to the traffic.
