The Verdict
The big daddies of the hospitality biz sometimes flounder on more prominent issues, like good taste. While making an impact with its visual and aural grandeur, Blue Flower offers food that can be graded only slightly above average. Consider money well spent; dinning at Taj could be like aloe for your ego.
