Wearhouse

Parked in Swapnalok Complex, Wearhouse blends into the city's conventional shoppers' list of must-visit stores. Aiming at being a family store and at affordability, it fits into both roles quite comfortably. There are clothes available for all ages, right from for the infant to the formal men's wear and "adventure gear", and the store also aims at unassuming quality.

Having everything under the same roof can be both a pro and a con. Women's clothing, shirts ranging from Rs. 195 to Rs. 300, and trousers between Rs. 500 and Rs. 900 will take playing hide-and-seek with the attendant to find. Though the store is quite stuffed with clothing everywhere, it is quite stuffy for visiting on summer afternoons.

Adorable pink frocks and skirts with little yellow flowers on them, shorts, T-shirts, shirts - everything quite appealing to the child's eye - form the range of children's clothing, and are priced between Rs. 150 and Rs. 400. A little digging into, and you will find the prettiest of clothing for your kid.

Adventure wear, as the store proclaims it to be, consists of a wide range of cargoes priced between Rs. 545 and Rs. 1,075. What adventure people would use cargoes for, except for the occasional trekker, is unclear.
